Define Golf is a performance-driven golf academy located in Guangzhou, China,

specializing in structured elite junior development within a full championship training

environment. We are currently looking for KLPGA Coaches to strengthen our team.

Key Responsibilities：

1. Provide professional golf instruction primarily to junior players (ages 6–18)

2. Design structured long-term training plans aligned with tournament performance

and school admissions pathways

3. Deliver high-level private lessons and group classes to juniors and adult players

4. Integrate technology and AI-based training tools into coaching

5. Monitor and evaluate student progress and competition readiness

6. Support academy events and junior development initiatives

5. Build strong relationships with students, parents and members

 

Requirements：

1. KLPGA Certification (mandatory) or equivalent internationally recognized

qualification

2. Minimum 1+ years of coaching experience

3. Experience in competitive player development preferred

4. Familiarity with AI-assisted coaching tools is highly preferred

5. English proficiency preferred but not required

6. Passionate about youth development, confident in teaching adults at all levels, and

able to design and lead our Ladies' Golf Program

7. Professional and team-oriented

3. 주니어 및 성인 회원 대상 고급 개인 레슨과 그룹 레슨 진행

4. 최신 기술 및 AI 기반 트레이닝 툴을 활용한 코칭

5. 수강생의 성장 과정 및 대회 준비 상태 모니터링·평가

6. 아카데미 이벤트 및 주니어 육성 프로그램 지원

7. 수강생, 학부모, 회원과의 신뢰 관계 구축

 

자격 요건

1. KLPGA 자격증 소지자 (필수) 또는 이에 준하는 국제 공인 자격 보유자

2. 코칭 경력 1 년 이상

3. 경쟁 선수(엘리트) 육성 경험 보유

4. AI 코칭 툴 활용 경험자 우대

5. 영어 가능자 우대 (필수 아님)

6. 유소년 육성에 대한 열정이 있으며, 모든 수준의 성인 레슨에 자신이 있고, 여

성 전용 골프 프로그램을 기획하고 이끌 수 있는 분
